Legal — Accessibility

A platform for everyone.

We treat accessibility as part of editorial quality. The work is not finished if it cannot be read, heard, or navigated by the people who need it.

We aim to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at the AA level across the public site, the member dashboard, and our course player. This is a living standard, not a one-time audit.

  • Semantic HTML, a single H1 per page, and a meaningful heading hierarchy.
  • Keyboard navigation across all interactive elements; visible focus indicators.
  • Color contrast that meets or exceeds WCAG AA across light and dark surfaces.
  • Alt text on meaningful images; decorative images marked as such.
  • Transcripts for audio and captions for video as those formats roll out.
  • Downloadable, screen-reader-friendly PDF editions for journals and printables.
  • Respect for user motion-reduction preferences in animation.

Some legacy material may not yet meet our internal standard. We document gaps and address them in scheduled releases. If you encounter a barrier, we want to know.

Write to accessibility@relationale.net with a description of the issue, the page or product you were using, and your assistive technology where relevant. We aim to acknowledge within three business days.
